Our volunteer programme is at the heart of that mission — reaching beyond our courts to empower Zimbabwe's youth, build character, and open doors to a brighter future through sport.
Whether you are a seasoned player, a passionate educator, or simply someone who wants to make a difference, there is a place for you at ETA. Our volunteers work hand in hand with our coaching team to deliver structured, fun, and impactful tennis experiences to children of all backgrounds across Zimbabwe.

Volunteer Opportunities
Junior Programme Assistant
Flexible4–6 hrs/week
Assist our coaches with Red Ball, Orange Ball, and Green Ball sessions for young beginners aged 4–10.
Tournament Marshal
SeasonalEvent-based
Help organise and run ETA-sanctioned tournaments — managing draw sheets, court assignments, and player coordination.
Community Outreach Coach
High Impact6–8 hrs/week
Travel to underserved schools and communities to deliver introductory tennis sessions to children who have never played.
